By downloading or using the App, you agree to the following Terms of Service.⸻1. Purpose of the AppTime Book is a personal recordkeeping tool designed for railroad professionals to log trips, pay, layoff time, and related information.
It is provided for personal and informational use only.Time Book is not an official FRA record system, and data recorded within the App does not replace any legally required reporting or documentation.⸻2. Data Storage and SyncYour data is stored locally on your device by default.
If you sign in to sync across multiple devices, your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore) under your authenticated account.
• Syncing is optional.
• Your data remains private to your account.
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.We do not access, view, or sell your data. Firestore is used only to enable your own data synchronization between devices.⸻3. User ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for:
• Maintaining the security of your device and sign-in credentials
• Backing up your own data periodically (Firestore sync is recommended for this purpose)
• Ensuring any data entered into the App is accurate and completePrimm Farms LLC is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, user error, or deletion.⸻4. Intellectual PropertyAll text, graphics, interface design, and code contained in the App are the intellectual property of Primm Farms LLC.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.⸻5. Limited LicenseYou are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
This license may be revoked if the App is used for unlawful purposes, reverse engineering, or misuse of the service.⸻6. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe App is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
